We are honored to have been selected again as one of the best places to work by Crain’s Chicago Business. This award is particularly meaningful because it is based solely on the results of an independent survey of our employees.
We have always sought to create a professional and rewarding work environment where colleagues at all levels of the firm are recognized and appreciated for their contributions. The pandemic forced us to find new ways to foster the same level of cohesion across our staff but in many ways, this experience further strengthened our firm culture.
