As a Business Analyst, Rosa supports the firm by developing and maintaining operational and systems framework, conducting ongoing data analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining Altair, Rosa was an AmeriCorps volunteer at Illinois Legal Aid Online, a Chicago-based nonprofit. She graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in mathematics and religious studies.
