Lindsey Monroe-Bougher is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Altair, where she helps oversee the firm’s day-to-day office operations alongside the administrative team. She also provides executive support to Rebekah Kohmescher, Allison DiLiberto, and Anna Nichols, helping ensure the firm’s internal operations run smoothly.
Prior to joining Altair, Lindsey worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at the University of Chicago Crime & Education Labs. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Performance from Roosevelt University.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading, learning new crafts, and discovering new experiences throughout the Chicago area.
