James Shen

As the Manager of Research, James is responsible for leading investment manager searches and monitoring current investment managers as part of Altair’s due diligence process. As part of his research, James also monitors economic indicators that may impact Altair’s clients’ portfolios.

James is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® designation. He graduated from Northwestern University in three years with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
