Our Team

As IT Manager, Jake serves as the primary liaison between Altair Advisers and our Managed Service Provider.

Prior to Altair, Jake led a team of engineers handling higher level client issues, coordinated all dispatch duties, and facilitated solutions between engineering teams and service desk groups.

Originally from Salem, IL, Jake now resides in Oak Park with his wife and six guinea pigs.
