Hannah R. Koch

As Director of Firm Operations, Hannah leads the firm’s technology and operational infrastructure, aligning new initiatives with Altair’s strategic vision. She oversees IT and the firm’s broader tech stack, directs its AI initiatives, and manages office administration, all while identifying opportunities to build scalable infrastructure that supports the firm’s continued growth. She manages the firm’s key vendor relationships and provides oversight of its compliance systems.

Prior to joining Altair, Hannah worked as a Management Consultant for Baker Tilly on its analytics team, where she gained exposure to big data, technology solutions, and management information systems.

Hannah graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and earned her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Outside of Altair, Hannah is a partner in the DePaul Females in Finance Initiative, where she provides advice and mentorship to young women looking to enter a career in finance. She is also a member of the NextGen Leadership Program at Pershing.
