Hannah R. Koch

As Director of Strategic Initiatives, Hannah aligns organizational initiatives with the firm’s strategic vision. She works to ensure the CEO’s vision is supported, whether through project execution or relevant partnerships. As leader of the project management team, Hannah leads her team in the design, development, management, and implementation of initiatives from business case development through to execution. This role requires strong partnerships & collaboration across the organization to deliver specific project/program results in alignment with overall group and firm goals.

Prior to joining Altair, Hannah worked as a Management Consultant for Baker Tilly on its analytics team where she gained exposure to big data, technology solutions and management information systems.

Hannah graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University with a bachelors degree in finance. She is in pursuit of her master’s degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Outside of Altair, Hannah is a partner on the DePaul Females in Finance Initiative, where she provides advice and mentorship to young women looking to enter a career in finance. She is also a member of the NextGen Leadership Program at Pershing.

Hannah currently resides in Glen Ellyn with her husband, Max, and their children.
