As Manager of Human Resources, Emma is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and hiring, onboarding, benefits, policies and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Altair, Emma was an Administrative Assistant at Golub Capital before beginning a career in human resources at Novos Growth Partners and ThinkMarkets.
She graduated from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in sociology.
