Caitlin M. Dixon

Caitlin currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning at Altair Advisers, where she leads the firm’s financial planning team in delivering thoughtful, comprehensive financial plans to clients. She specializes in helping individuals and families navigate complex planning decisions, including capital sufficiency, education funding, estate planning, risk management, and charitable giving.

Caitlin brings deep industry experience to her role, having previously served as a Senior Registered Wealth Management Associate at U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and as a Financial Planning Manager at Lincoln Financial Advisors. Across these roles, she developed a strong foundation in advanced planning strategies and client service.

Caitlin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®). She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance, with a concentration in personal financial planning, from Eastern Illinois University’s Lumpkin School of Business. Caitlin is also actively involved in her community through her volunteer work with Advisers Give Back and MoneyW!se.
