Spencer Hickman is a Senior Accountant at Altair Advisers, where he oversees day-to-day accounting operations and supports the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s financial reporting and internal controls. His responsibilities span accounts payable, cash management, payroll, financial reporting, billing, audits, and tax processes. He also focuses on improving accounting processes, strengthening controls, and leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and support the continued growth of the finance function.
Spencer received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Adrian College.
