Shannon Moore

 As an Associate Consultant, Shannon supports consultants and directors in delivering high‑quality guidance and service to clients and their families. She assists with client engagements by preparing planning materials, conducting financial analysis, and helping ensure that each client’s investment and planning needs are thoughtfully addressed. 

Shannon graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Finance and minors in Economics and Wealth Management & Financial Planning, providing her with a strong academic foundation in financial markets, client advisory, and analytical decision‑making. She is currently working toward sitting for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam in 2026.

Outside of her role at Altair, Shannon is an active member of the 20 Percent Collective, a community dedicated to empowering and advancing women in the financial planning profession. Through this involvement, she participates in education, networking, and advocacy efforts aimed at expanding representation within the industry.
